All of Empire's pontoon boat covers are trailerable, meaning you can keep your boat covered during transport. Each cover comes equipped with heavy-duty straps to attach over the cover and under the hull for secure transportation. Please make sure that your pontoon boat cover is securely tied down before proceeding on the road. Also, if the cover starts to flap in the wind during the drive, please be sure that the cover is secured tightly to the boat before continuing your trip.
One of the most important things you can do for your cover is getting the correct size. If it’s too small, the fabric and seams will be overly stressed and wear out prematurely. If it’s too big, rainwater will collect in the low spots and cause sagging, plus wind will get in, under or around and fill the cover with air, possibly snagging or tearing it on sharp objects. This could also become a safety hazard if your cover is being used while trailering your boat at highway speeds since it will flap wildly, which could reduce your visibility and distract others.
We focus on superior quality and value, so every boat cover is hand sewn and designed for a perfect fit. We sew in ventilation for water resistance to prevent the build-up of fungal infestations, such as mold and mildew. A cheaper cover just isn’t going to be able to deliver when it gets put to the test, but a Westland boat cover will. Learn more about what it takes to be the best boat cover.

I received these today and was a little disappointed because for some reason I though that they were made of waterproof canvas like a boat cover but they are made of Vinyl. That being said, I am very happy with this purchase, the cover fits well, looks good, appears to be heavy duty enough to last a while, and will work perfect to protect my seats from the effects of the sun and rain. when Im not using the boat.I plan to order a couple for for my other boat.

First, you’ll need to know your hull style. If you’re unsure, look for a boat pictured on westmarine.com that matches yours as closely as possible. Next, use a tape measure and measure the beam width (the widest distance across the boat in a flat line). You’ll do the same thing to measure the centerline length (the overall length of the boat measured in a flat line between the farthest points forward and aft that you want to have covered). Finally, allow for options like bow pulpits and swim platforms; however, don’t measure over them. You should always measure in a flat, straight line. Covers are offered in one-foot length increments, so you’ll need to round off to the next foot if in between.
